Winter Weather Update - Wednesday 28th February PM

Due to worsening weather in the North East, our couriers will be collecting earlier than usual today, therefore we have had to make the unavoidable decision to bring our normal order cut-off times for FedEx and DPD Local orders to 3.30pm. Any orders placed before this time should be shipped today, however any orders placed later than this time will not be shipped until tomorrow.

Again we are doing all we can to minimise the impact of the weather, however the severity of the snow and ice in County Durham and the surrounding areas is causing issues outside of our control.

We will also be closing our office earlier than usual to allow our staff extra time to get home safely. We expect to remain open until around 5pm for phone enquiries and local collections.
