Winter Weather Update - Wednesday 28th February

Due to inclement weather across the UK and Ireland, and particularly in the North East where we are located, we are currently experiencing certain difficulties with our couriers.

As always we are doing all we possibly can to maintain our regular high levels of service, however unfortunately it is likely certain deliveries will be delayed over the next few days. The weather is also impacting deliveries we are expecting to receive in to stock from our suppliers, meaning lead times for special order parts may unfortunately be extended.

We may also have to bring forward our standard 5pm order cut-off time for FedEx and DPD Local services to allow our collecting drivers more time to return to our local depots in order to ensure they meet the overnight trunks.
