We are painfully aware of the recent speed and responsiveness issues that have plagued our current website and truly know how frustrating it can be to use at times, and for these inconveniences we can only apologise. While we have been doing everything possible to try to identify and resolve the underlying issues with the current site, we are also trying to complete development of our brand new, custom-built website as quickly as possible.

We are convinced the main issues with the current site have arisen from the platform it was originally built on and also the method in which it is hosted. To avoid repeating these issues again, the new site will be created from scratch on a custom platform designed specifically for us, and we have sourced a new hosting provider who will provide a much faster and reliable service as we continue to grow the site, our product range, and our company.

This new project represents a significant investment of resource and money, but we are fully committed to delivering a website that not only offers great functionality, but is also easy to use and, most importantly, actually works.

We appreciate our current website has been a source of frustration and inconvenience for our customers and for this we are truly sorry. As always we are doing everything we can to deliver the fantastic service we are known for, and will continue to strive to improve our services even further as we always have.
