We are Open Bank Holiday Monday 29th August!

We'll be open from 8am to 1pm on Bank Holiday Monday 29th August. Our Bishop Auckland trade counter will be open for business, as will our phone lines, however please note our couriers are not working on this day so all shipments over the long weekend will be subject to a one working day delay.

Final Shipping Cut-Offs:

FedEx - All orders placed before 5pm on Friday 26th August will be sent before the weekend. Standard next-day delivery services will be delivered on Tuesday 30th August.

UPS Access Point - All orders placed before 3pm on Friday 26th August will be sent before the weekend. Standard Access Point services will be delivered on either Tuesday 30th or Wednesday 31st August.

Interlink - All orders placed before 12pm on Saturday 27th August will be sent before the Bank Holiday. Orders can be shipped on a Sunday service at an additional cost, all standard next-day services will be delivered on Tuesday 30th August.

Please note these delivery timescales are for England, Wales and Scottish Lowlands only. All other areas will be subject to the regular service times detailed on our delivery page plus a one-working day delay.
