We Are Moving & August Bank Holiday Reduced Operating Hours

This Bank Holiday Weekend is a very exciting time for HWOS Ltd. as we will be moving in to our brand new, state-of-the-art office and warehouse building, marking another major milestone in our growth and a further sign of our commitment to leading the way as a UK no.1 independent heating merchant.

Because of the size of the work involved, we will need to utilise all our resources to ensure the move is completed smoothly and quickly, and with minimum disruption to our customers. Therefore, we will be operating slightly reduced hours from Friday 25th August until we re-open in our new building on Tuesday 29th August.

Our opening hours for the next week are as follows:

Weds 23rd - Open 7am - 7pm, all regular delivery services and standard order cut-off times are in operation

Thurs 24th - Open 7am - 7pm, all regular delivery services and standard order cut-off times are in operation

Fri 25th - Open 7am - 2pm, all regular delivery services are in operation, however please note the cut-off time for same-day despatch of all orders will be 2pm

Sat 26th - Closed, no orders will be despatched

Sun 27th - Closed, no orders will be despatched

Mon 28th - Closed, no orders will be despatched

We will re-open at 7am on Tuesday 29th August with all of our regular delivery services and order cut-off times back in normal operation.

Please note, any orders placed after 2pm on Friday 25th will be despatched Tuesday 29th for delivery on Wednesday 30th at the earliest.
