UPS Access Point Delivery Service Returning Soon!

A lot of customers are asking about the return of the UPS Access Point service to our website, and while we had hoped to have been able to offer this service by now there have been some technical difficulties that have proven difficult to overcome.

We are aware of just how popular this service is and we are 100% committed to returning the service to our online Trade Store, we are just taking all necessary steps to ensure it functions correctly and is an improved version of the old checkout process once we go live again.

In the meantime, we are still offering UPS Access Point services as usual, these orders just need to be processed over the phone rather than via the website. We know this isn't as convenient and do genuinely apologise for this, however our Sales Team will be more than happy to process your order and ship to your local Access Point if you call us on 01388 760 333.

We are also offering a brand new service, DPD Pickup, as an alternative to UPS Access Point. You can find your nearest Pickup shop during the checkout process of completing your order online, and this service works in much the same way as UPS Access Point. The pricing remains the same as well, free for all orders over £25 + VAT, plus the added benefit of DPD's fantastic Predict notification service, which keeps you up to date with the status of your order every step of the way.

We never intended for DPD Pickup to replace UPS Access Point as we know a huge amount of our customers have been using the same Access Point for several years now and love the service. Once UPS is back up and running online we will run the services side-by-side, offering a much wider range of available Pickup or Access Points for you to choose from that should make these services even more convenient.

We are working extremely hard with our web developers to relaunch Access Point online as soon as we can. We can't give a specific date yet but we're hoping for early December, once we've been able to fully test the new integration.
