Temporary Suspension of UPS Services to Northern Ireland

Due to significant issues with UPS failing to deliver and/or incorrectly charging our customers in Northern Ireland customs duties and import fees post-Windsor Framework, we regrettably have had no choice but to temporarily suspend all UPS services to Northern Ireland. We provided UPS with all information and documentation required for us to continue to ship to Northern Ireland post-Windsor Framework months ago, however UPS have continually failed to process this information and as it stands we do not have an ETA for when they will rectify the issue. With sincere apologies, until UPS resume the levels of service we expect for our customers we will be unable to ship any goods to Northern Ireland via their services. We will post any further updates as soon as we have them.

On a more positive note however, in April we were able to secure much more favourable rates from DPD for shipments to Northern Ireland, allowing us to offer DPD's consistently excellent services at a new, lower price. 

April 1st 2025:

We're very pleased to announce lower shipping charges to Northern Ireland for DPD Local deliveries. Effective immediately, the standard shipping charge for orders to Northern Ireland has been reduced from £14.25 + VAT to £8.25 + VAT. And, for orders with a value over £180 exc. VAT, the shipping charge is just £2.00 + VAT. The lead time for DPD deliveries to Northern Ireland remains at an estimated 2-3 working days from shipment.
