Service Update - 7th April 2020

We are continuing to operate as normal with no changes to our regular opening hours and services (with the exception of the ongoing closure of DPD Pickup and UPS Access Point services).

We have been advised over the last couple of days that two of our suppliers (one oil boiler manufacturer, one distributor) have now closed for the next 3 weeks. We are maintaining high stock levels in our Bishop Auckland and Secondary Warehouse so we do not anticipate any stock shortages, in fact we have experienced no issues whatsoever with any of our suppliers up to this point and expect this to continue.

We will be operating reduced hours over the upcoming Easter weekend, as we normally do because the couriers do not work Good Friday, Easter Sunday or Easter Monday. For a full list of our opening hours and available delivery options over the Easter period please see the previous News post below.
