Heating World of Spares remain open for business as usual and fully intend to continue to operate as normal and without restriction. We have of course taken all sensible precautions to ensure our employees' health and wellbeing, however we consider the role we play in the supply chain essential to enable our customers to maintain heating and hot water for the public during this time.

At this time we are aware a number of our suppliers are scaling back some office-based operations, however we believe the vast majority of our suppliers are maintaining their warehousing and despatch operations at normal levels therefore we do not anticipate any out of the ordinary stock shortages for key spare parts. Furthermore, we have ordered a significant amount of additional stock of key lines to keep in our Bishop Auckland warehouse to maintain supply as best we can. We are of course experiencing higher than normal demand for cleaning supplies and gloves, however we are working closely with our suppliers to secure more stock of these lines as quickly as possible.

As far as we are concerned we will continue to operate as normal without restriction for as long as we are able to. The only way this could change is if the couriers can no longer collect our parcels, or we are required to close our doors by the Government.

Of course the current situation is ever-changing and nobody can predict what will happen next, however we'll do all we can to maintain our usual high levels of service throughout.
