Normally, all new members will start at Teal level and have to level up to access the benefits and rewards of the higher levels, but until the end of the year existing customers will start their Club membership at a level determined by their recent order history.
Basically, if the orders you've already placed with us would have accrued enough XP to get to a higher level within the Club, that's the level you'll start at!
