Reminder - FedEx Order Cut-Off Time Change - August 2019

Due to the recent and ongoing merger of FedEx UK with TNT Express, along with the restructuring of all of their depots, our local collecting depot can no longer support our 6pm pickup of parcels for next-day delivery. We have been advised by FedEx they will be bringing forward our daily collection time to 4pm, meaning we will need to adjust our order cut-off for FedEx services to 3pm for same-day despatch. This change will take effect from Monday 12th August 2019. We fully realise this may be less convenient for some of our customers, however this is a change enforced upon us by FedEx due to their new operational structure and we, unfortunately, have no control over this.

The new order cut-off time for FedEx services will be shown online when viewing any product and also at checkout.

Please note DPD Local and UPS Access Point services are completely unaffected by this change and our usual order cut-offs for all other services will remain the same.
