"Opened to be Photographed" Products

We're currently working hard in the background on our upcoming 2024 Gas, LPG, Oil and Heating Spares catalogue and in an effort to continually improve the detail and information contained within it, we are taking new, up-to-date, high quality photos of a lot of the products we supply.

In order for us to do this we do unfortunately have to open these products and remove the packaging before taking the photos and immediately repackaging them . In many cases we'll need to cut the tape on a box or carefully slice a sealed bag to get the products out, however we take great care when handling the products and always ensure all contents are put back in the original packaging as quickly as possible. Where we've had to take a product out of its packaging we apply a sticker to the outside saying "Opened to be photographed" so you know this is the only reason the original packaging has been opened. If you happen to receive one of these products there's no need to worry, the product is still 100% brand new and unused and remains in perfect condition aside from a minor cut to the packaging.

We hope you understand this step is necessary in order for us to produce a catalogue of the highest quality possible and how much high quality, up to date product photography helps when browsing our product ranges.
