New Service Club Feature • Speedy Token Exchange!

Got some tokens burning a hole in your profile and wondering what to do with them? We've just added a new option during checkout where you can quickly exchange some or all of your tokens for a HWOS discount voucher to save money on your order straight away!

The website will check how many tokens are in your profile, and offer redemptions for each of 100%, 75%, 50% or 25% of your total balance. Simply hit the "Exchange Now" button, go through the quick mobile verification check to protect your profile, and the discount voucher will show up straight away ready for use! Simply apply the voucher and the value will be taken off the total cost of your order, easy as pie!

Of course if you want to save up your tokens to exchange them for a higher value voucher in future, you can always head to the Token Exchange whenever you're ready. Plus, don't forget, at the Token Exchange you can choose from a wider range of rewards, including a Love 2 Shop contactless digital gift card or a Mastercard physical gift card so you can treat yourself to something for all your hard work.

If you choose a prepaid gift card, you can exchange your tokens for either:

• A love2shop contactless digital gift card. Your love2shop contactless digital gift card will be sent to your mobile device and can be used in-store or online at over 140 popular leading brands, including Argos, B&Q, Currys, M&S, Sainsbury’s and many more! • A physical Mastercard gift card. Physical Mastercard gift cards will be posted to your address and can be spent anywhere in the world Mastercard is accepted, either in-store or online.
