Important Update • Carriage Charge Increase 1st September

For more than ten years we have worked hard and kept our shipping charges unchanged, despite significant increases in courier costs, fuel prices, and other delivery-related expenses. Throughout that time, we have absorbed these additional costs, allowing us to continue offering reliable delivery across GB, NI, ROI and Channel Islands without passing those increases on to our customers.

To ensure we can maintain the high standard of service and dependable delivery that our customers expect, we will be updating our shipping charges from 1st September 2026. We will also be increasing the order values required to receive free or discounted shipping. This adjustment reflects the rising costs of getting orders safely and efficiently to your door and will help us continue providing the level of service you deserve.

We understand that price increases are never welcome, and we have kept this change to the minimum necessary. We sincerely appreciate your continued support and understanding, and we remain committed to offering excellent products, competitive pricing, and reliable delivery throughout the UK.
