Important Notice - We'll be fully closed the weekend of 13th August due to relocation.

We're delighted to announce the imminent relocation of our entire business from our current premises in Bishop Auckland to our shiny new building in Newton Aycliffe, around 10 minutes drive away. The entire purpose of this move is for the much larger warehouse which will allow us to keep an even greater quantity of stock on our shelves ready for despatch, especially during peak trading times.

Unfortunately it will just be impossible for us to process or ship any orders while we are moving our stock and equipment to the new building. This means that, with regret, we will have to completely close the business from 12pm on Friday 13th August until we re-open in our new building at 7am on Monday 16th August.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. We never take decisions to completely close the business lightly (that's why we're 7 days a week now!) but we have no other choice on this occasion. We will try to keep some of our sales team on the phones and answering emails throughout, however due to having to also move our server and phone system there will inevitably be at least some down time where we will be unable to answer any queries.

We would like to take the opportunity to thank every single one of you for supporting us throughout the history of the company so far, we are fully aware we wouldn't even need a new warehouse if it wasn't for your loyalty and support and we really do genuinely appreciate everyone.
