A major Google outage is affecting DPD's systems. We are currently unable to generate DPD shipping labels. 

We would encourage you to choose an alternative carrier for your orders until the issue is resolved. DPD Pickup services are currently unavailable.

Google Cloud Platform update

We are writing to update you on the status of the Google Cloud Platform issues that are impacting our services.

This issue is still ongoing; multiple businesses across the UK have been affected by this outage.

Google have released the following statement:

"We are experiencing an issue with multiple services in europe-west2 beginning on Monday. Our engineering team continues to investigate the issue. We apologise to all who are affected by the disruption."

We are in constant communication with Google and working with them to resolve this issue, while also pursuing alternative solutions to get shipping back up and running as soon as possible.
