DX Delivery Services Available Now!

We are happy to announce a new partnership with DX to offer low-cost delivery services across England, Wales and the Scottish Lowlands. DX's Next Working Day and Saturday services are now available at a lower cost than all of the other home or workplace delivery services we currently offer. The services we are offering are all "Leave Safe" services, meaning if you are not present to sign for the parcel they will endeavour to leave the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour. Please ensure you add your leave safe instructions when going through checkout to place your order.

Please note these services are brand new to HWOS and we have no prior experience with DX, however we have done extensive research in to their delivery performance and customer service and are more than happy partnering with them to offer these services. We don't anticipate any issues whatsoever with the service, but we will fully track the parcels from our door to yours, as we do with all of our other couriers, to minimise any risk of delays to your order.

We are offering these services as a trial only initially and will determine whether to continue the services based on the delivery performance and feedback from our customers. At present we can only offer these services for orders placed on our online Trade Store, but we are looking to introduce DX deliveries for all orders in time. For now, you'll see DX listed alongside all our other delivery services as you go through checkout

DX Next Working Day (Leave Safe) - £4.25 + VAT (free for orders over £180.00 exc. VAT)

DX Friday for Saturday (Leave Safe) - £7.25 + VAT (£3.00 for orders over £180.00 exc. VAT)
