Copy invoices available online now

We've added the functionality for you to be able to download .pdf copy invoices directly from the 'My Profile' page of our site. By default your recent orders are shown on the dashboard page, this will show your most recent five orders and any related invoices will be displayed straight away. If you need an older copy invoice, if you go to 'Order History' within your profile, you'll see a full history of all your website orders. You can either browse through the pages, or use the search function in the top right hand corner to find the order you're looking for.

The search function will find results based on our order number, your purchase order number, or the SKU codes for the parts that were on the order. So, if you need to find a copy invoice for a particular part you ordered, just put the part number in the search field and the order information will be displayed, along with the relevant invoice.

We've also added functionality for customers to be able to search for invoices for orders that weren't placed via our website, so you can also view copy invoices for any orders you placed with us by phone, email or fax.

At this page you'll need to enter at least two pieces of information to find the correct invoice. 

For example, if you have a transaction showing on your card statement and you don't have the matching invoice from us, you can enter your billing address post code and the total invoice value (including VAT and any carriage charges) and the corresponding invoice will be displayed at the bottom of the page, available to download as a .pdf file.
