Our opening hours and shipment dates are as follows over the Christmas and New Year period:
- We are open our regular hours and operating our normal delivery services up to and including Sunday 21st December.
- Monday 22nd December - Open 8am - 6pm
- Tuesday 23rd December - Open 8am - 6pm. This will be the last date for collections for UPS, Royal Mail and Parcel Force services until after Christmas.
- Wednesday 24th December Christmas Eve - Open 8am - 3pm. We are operating an earlier cut-off time of 1pm for DPD Local services, any DPD orders placed after 1pm will be shipped on Saturday 27th December for delivery on Sunday 28th at the earliest. UPS, Royal Mail and Parcel Force are not collecting or delivering parcels on this day. This will also be the last order date that DPD services can be delivered before Christmas (subject to location).
- Thursday 25th December Christmas Day Bank Holiday - Closed.
- Friday 26th December Boxing Day Bank Holiday - Closed.
- Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th December - Open 8am - 1pm as normal.
- Monday 29th December - Open 8am - 3pm. We are operating an earlier cut-off time of 1pm for all services, any orders placed after 1pm will be shipped on Tuesday 30th December for delivery on Thursday 31st at the earliest.
- Tuesday 30th December - Open 8am - 3pm. We are operating an earlier cut-off time of 1pm for all services, any orders placed after 1pm will be shipped on Wednesday 31st December for delivery on Friday 2nd at the earliest.
- Wednesday 31st December New Year's Eve - Open 8am - 3pm. We are operating an earlier cut-off time of 1pm for DPD Local services, any DPD orders placed after 1pm will be shipped on Friday 2nd January for delivery on Saturday 3rd at the earliest. UPS, Royal Mail and Parcel Force are not collecting or delivering parcels on this day.
- Thursday 1st January New Years Day Bank Holiday - Closed.
- Friday 2nd January - Open 8am - 6pm.
- We will re-open as normal at 8am on Saturday 3rd January.
