Christmas and New Year Opening Hours and Courier Dates 2023
Our opening hours are largely dictated by when our couriers are making collections and deliveries, and due to them not working at all over the weekend before Christmas, Christmas Day or Boxing Day, we have also made the decision to close for a few days and give our staff a slightly longer break than normal.
As such, our opening hours and shipment dates are as follows over the Christmas and New Year period:
- We are open our regular hours and operating our normal delivery services up to and including Thursday 21st December. This will be the last date for collections for UPS, Royal Mail and Parcel Force services until after Christmas. This will also be the last order date that DPD services can be delivered before Christmas (subject to location).
- Friday 22nd December - Open 8am - 5.30pm. We are operating an earlier cut-off time of 3pm for DPD Local services, any DPD orders placed after 3pm will be shipped on Wednesday 27th December for delivery on Thursday 28th at the earliest.
- Saturday 23rd December - Open 8am to 1pm, however please note our couriers are not making any collections or deliveries on this date.
- Sunday 24th December Christmas Eve - Closed.
- Monday 25th December Christmas Day Bank Holiday - Closed.
- Tuesday 26th December Boxing Day Bank Holiday - Closed.
- Wednesday 27th and Thursday 28th December - Open 8am - 5.30pm, all courier collections and deliveries are operating as normal.
- Friday 29th December - Open 8am - 5.30pm but please note DPD Local are the only courier collecting parcels. We are operating an earlier cut-off time of 3pm for DPD Local services, any DPD orders placed after 3pm will be shipped on Tuesday 2nd January for delivery on Wednesday 3rd at the earliest.
- Saturday 30th December - Open 8am to 1pm, however please note our couriers are not making any collections or deliveries on this date.
- Sunday 31st December New Year's Eve - Closed
- Monday 1st January New Year's Day Bank Holiday - Closed
- We will re-open as normal at 7am on Tuesday 2nd January.
