Heating World of Spares Ltd. supply heating and boiler spare parts, controls, tools, consumables to our trade customers across the UK, Ireland and the Channel Islands.
From humble beginnings we have grown to become a leading UK independent heating spares merchant, but we never forget our 3 core principles.

We work closely with our suppliers to ensure our product range is continually growing and adapting to our customer's needs, while keeping our prices as low as possible.
All of our sales staff are extensively trained in parts matching, customer service, industry best practices and we are proud of how polite, friendly and approachable our team are when speaking with our customers. Our warehouse team double-check every line of every order to ensure you receive exactly what you need, and we take every care to make sure all goods are handled, packaged and shipped as safely and securely as possible.
We know how important it is that you receive your goods as quickly as possible, so we also work very closely with our couriers to ensure they deliver the service you require every time. We also track every single parcel that leaves our warehouse right until the point of delivery to minimise any disruption and resolve any potential issues before they occur. We offer free delivery to all parts of the UK, Ireland and Channel Islands (dependent on order value), please check our Delivery page for further information.
We are open 7am - 7pm Monday to Friday and 8am - 1pm Saturdays, Sundays and selected Bank Holidays
Our History
Established in 2006 by a family of heating engineers, we wanted to offer a better service and price to the trade. We have grown from strength to strength thanks to our ever expanding loyal customer base and support from our suppliers. We aim to maintain our high levels of customer service and strive to keep our prices low as the company grows.
Located in the North East of England, in 2017 we moved to our brand new premises in Bishop Auckland, County Durham, which became our fourth new home since the company was founded. We have increased our warehousing and storage space dramatically to allow us to hold more stock on hand, and we now have plenty of office space available to accommodate our ever-growing team.
